Following are the terms that constitute our shipping policy/ delivery process:

Fit & Fix Mobile Service Vans operate only in certain areas within Greater Cairo.

Fit & Fix Mobile Service Vans are fully equipped to provide all tire installation and repair services at your home, and they do not deliver tires without installation.

Accessories and other products are delivered through our local shipping partners to most areas across the country.

Fit & Fix will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Shipment processing time

Our service vans pick up your order and deliver it within 48 hours after placing your order.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
